Description

I was thinking of the amazing Batman: the Animated Series, and had also (unfortunately) watched Batman & Robin recently so I felt that I owed Mr. Freeze a new representation.

I tried to continue in the same vein as the Eve submission. I really like this result too. Enjoy.
