Sandoran Dragoon

Emperor Doel from Legend of Dragoon. The more I thought about it the more he seemed a tragic character in the story; evil sure but it came as a cost for some great need. He is interesting to be sure.

I tinkered with the coloring a in few ways and it turned out okay; in any case I wanted to upload something new. Enjoy.
