Peeping is Not Very Becoming

This scene in Xenogears is kind of hard to explain; essentially it is one of the earlier meetings we see with two of the antagonists in the game.

What prompted this image was a face that I quickly sketched out. I liked it so much that I decided to move forward from there. It changed a few times but here we are.
