I'm the darkness, you're the stars.

I was inspired by the music of Final Fantasy VI to make this picture, which depicts the wonderful and famous opera scene with Celes as Maria. I would explain more to those unfamiliar but instead I recommend that you play this game instead; it is easily the pinnacle of old-school RPGs (if not the best).

This took so many different attempts because I just could not get the pose that I was looking for; this is more the portrait version of what I intended. This scene has such a crescendo and emotion that is hard to capture without the music which made it difficult as well. Enjoy.
